Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

I cracked the code. These are fluffy and delicious. I tried a few different ways to make baked gluten free donuts and I found the secret ingredient..... drum roll.... sour cream. Sorry all my Vegan friends. However I have a Vegan cream cheese from Trader Joe's that I will also try, probably on my next batch. So I'll keep you posted.
