GF Peach Cobbler

This peach cobbler recipe is easy and delicious. Feel free to use other seasonal fruits too.


1 cup Gluten free Bisquick mix

1 cup Whole Milk

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup sugar

1.5 lbs of Peaches (peeled, drained, sliced)

2 tbsp Saved peach juice


Prep-5-10 minutes

Ready In-60 minutes


Preheat oven to 375°

In an 2 qt glass baking dish, combine Bisquick*, milk & nutmeg. Stir in butter until mixed. Stir together sugar, peaches and peach juice; spoon over batter. Bake 50-60 minutes until golden and bubbling.
