Gluten free sausage and pepper "Rustika" (GF Olive Garden Copy Cat)

I rolled the sausage into meatballs so they'd be easier to eat and baked them till cooked throughly. Then added some of the Trader Joe's frozen bell pepper mix (which is a huge time saver) to the cooked meatballs and then added tomato sauce.


Throw it over GF pasta and viola, dinner. It was also super easy and delicious.


Have I mentioned that the Trader Joe's Brown Rice Penne pasta is the BEST? It tricks my husband every time I make it. .

I also use TJ'S GF Italian bread to make some garlic bread.


This was under 30 minutes from start to serving (blessing for moms and anyone, really).
