Smoothie Bowl (GF, DF, Vegan, Keto)


Ingredients:


1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

1/8 cup Avocado

2 tbsp Blueberries (save a few for the top)

3 tbsp Raspberries (save a few for the top)

1/3 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup water

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt


5 g Sunflower seeds


Blend everything (except Sunflower seeds and a few berries for the garnish) until smooth. Start with 1/4 of water and add more if needed for a nice consistency. Pour into a bowl and top with seeds and remaining berries.


This is 10 net carbs for those low carb/keto. Which is on the higher side depending on how many you allow for the day but it is nutrient dense and worth the splurge, in my opinion.
